I can get a rough idea of how many units you might need but a lot of things can affect how I assess your muscles over the phone such as lighting therefore the best and most accurate way to get an assessment to how many units you need is in person. On average women need less units than men do, so men will fall in the higher end of the ranges below. These are all ranges and if your assessment reveals the need for more that just means you have a stronger muscle in that area.
